Jules is the name which has been transmitted from father to son in our family. We have dedicated this wine to our grandfather since it is filled with character, just as he was. He is Micheline’s husband.

MICHELINE

IGP Côtes Catalane White - ORGANIC 2021
100% Chardonnay

Micheline is our grand-mother’s name and this white wine is in her image, subtle, refined and elegant.
 

PITRE

IGP Côtes Catalanes Red - ORGANIC 2021
70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot

Here you will find Jean, Jules’ little brother. He is quite a « pitre »  (rascal) !

FRISETTE

This famous fortified sweet Rivesaltes Tuilé wine is obtained from « mutage » (addition of pure alcohol to the grapes to stop the fermentation). This ancient technique creates sweet wines rich in colour, structure and aroma. 

MUSCAT DE RIVESALTES

50% Muscat d'Alexandrie, 50% Muscat Petit Grains

This famous fortified sweet muscat wine is obtained from « mutage » (addition of pure alcohol to the grapes to stop the fermentation). This ancient technique creates sweet wines rich in colour, structure and aroma.
